The problem
The foundation needed members to register, receive a membership card, find government schemes they qualify for and raise grievances, mostly from mobile phones, in Marathi. WhatsApp Business verification was blocked, so the design could not depend on it.
What we built
- Guided chatbot with a short menu: about the foundation, government schemes, membership, contact and grievances
- Membership registration that generates the ID card in the browser and hands off to WhatsApp, with no dependence on a messaging API
- Scheme directory with around 59 schemes, answered in full inside the chat rather than linked away
- Grievance intake with status tracking, office updates and attachments both ways
- Appointment booking with confirmation messages, managed from an admin dashboard with spreadsheet export
Where it stands
Live and in use, with the client's approved design kept intact and every new feature layered on top of it.
Worth knowing
This client's accounts, repository and database are kept completely separate from every other project we run.
